Mandurah Overnight Camp and Fish

This adventure begins with a drive down to Mandurah. The first stop will be a short walk around the estuary with an opportunity to try for some fish. This area has lots of wild life, if we’re lucky, we can see a family of kangaroos, some bobtails and heaps of local birds. We will then head down to the foreshore to cool off in the ocean and explore the local shops. Our final stop will be a winery for a few drinks and snacks before dinner.

Our camp is a local duck farm, where our only neighbours will be the goats and alpacas. We will enjoy a dinner in the paddock and we will have another chance to fish for some silver perch in the pond on the property while watching the sunset.

After a night of stargazing, we will wake up for a coffee and head down to the serpentine river for a walk and another chance to fish. From there we will explore the Mandjar Markets on the foreshore before having brunch and heading back to Perth.
